1. You share your requirement
Client share their requirement and we check the details and have a kick starter meeting to get more clarity and order scheduling.
2. Sampling & Pricing
We share the pricing in two parts. Product and Logistics as two parts . Depending on the type of logistics ( Air/ Ocean).
We arrange the sample for quality checks and the same can be considered as reference for the final product supplied.
3. Documentation
We share you with each detail from product specification to available certifications. We arrange any necessary certification as per the country standards if the product meet the quality standards.
4. Lead time
Once the sample , Pricing, Document related aspects are completed we share you with the lead times for manufacturing and logistics . We divide this to give you more precise schedule for your future planning . Once the pricing , lead times are confirmed , We proceed with orders and keep you updated every 3 days .
5. Packaging
We discuss your packaging requirement. The pallet size, pallet alignment in container, Weight per pallet.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
Once the manufacturing is done , We get the product rechecked for quality. We get the bulk packaging and load the container and does the necessary paper work for the product to sail.
We monitor the sail and keep you updated for arrival at port and custom clearance.
